Always a Knight is the first chapter in The Order: 1886.
Synopsis[]
October 12, 1886 - The Waverton House, Mayfair
Sir Galahad, the prisoner from the Prologue, is on a mission to eliminate prison escapees at the United India House. First, Galahad must meet up with his comrades, Igraine and Lafayette. As you walk through the building, be sure to pick up and observe all objects in the house (Newspaper, Photo, Phonograph Cylinder) to start working on trophy requirements. Interactive objects are rather easy to find as the interaction icon is very easy to spot and pops up from a far distance. Make your way to the open window a few floors down and jump out the window to the fire escape. Climb down, then head down the alley. Pick up the flyer that’s sitting on the trash can immediately to the left and observe it. Continue down the alley and walk over to the produce bins to inspect a flask. Keep walking and you’ll run into Igraine.
Igraine teases Galahad for his age, then they begin to debrief the situation. The two are instructed to go to the United India Underground Station to fight off some rebels. Follow Igraine to the station. At one of the exits an escaped prisoner will attack a police officer and take his gun. Kill him with your secondary weapon, then proceed to the next area where you’ll gain access to your primary weapon. Clear out the street and courtyard then head into the building. Save the hostage with a quick-time event. Around the next corner Igraine will be shot. She’ll drink something from a small vile and be good to go. Clear out this courtyard, then follow Igraine into the elevator.
Use the melee attack to take down the first two enemies on the second floor, then clean out the rest of the room with your guns. You’ll learn how to use Blacksight in the next room.
You’ll run into Lafayette, who instead of focusing on the mission at hand, is flirting with a woman. Galahad will have a quick word with him before noticing Sir Perceval, another Knight, speaking with a cloaked figure off in the distance. They part, and Galahad goes into the London Underground to sweep for any other escapees. There aren’t any items hiding in this area, so just follow the path. After climbing along a ledge, Galahad will see Igraine. She’ll run ahead of you. Jump across to the window to enter the other room.
Galahad will find a half-breed escapee. Three Lycans will come at you one by one, so it’s best to stick to a corner and shoot them as they run towards you. If they get too close, you can roll out of the way, but they won’t completely kill you if you do get hit. Once a Lycan falls, run over to it and execute it to prevent the Lycan from recovering. One will escape. Chase it through the town, then used the TS-23 Arc Induction Lance to take it down. This weapon takes a little bit of a charge, but it’ll tear right through the Lycan.
Sir Perceval captured one of the Half Breeds. After sending the escapee away, Percival meets up with the police commissioner, who reveals that there might be more to this prison break than it seems. The commissioner speculates that the rebellion, Jack the Ripper murders, and the prison escape are all connected to a place called Whitechapel. Perceval requests that the commissioner presents his evidence and speculations at a council meeting in two days. The rest of the Knight team approaches, and they chat briefly about the matter at hand.
