While infiltrating the United India House, the player can find a letter from Darwin directed at Lord Hastings. In 1882, Darwin was studying Half breeds. He was excited to uncover specimens in New Guinea. The United India Company aided Darwin in the expedition, for which he later wrote a letter of gratitude to Hastings. The letter is dated October 2, 1882; several months after his real-life death.
